      From THE COLUMBUS (NE.) TELEGRAM, March 12, 2002-

      Robert McMullin TOPEKA, Kan. -- Robert McMullin, 81, of Topeka, Kan.,
      formerly of Leigh, died Sunday, March 3, 2002, at Topeka Health Care in
      Topeka. Burial will be at the Leigh Cemetery at a later date. Mr. McMullin
      was born Jan. 5, 1921, on a farm southwest of Leigh to Harold and Blanche
      (Carey) McMullin. He received his education at the School for the Blind at
      Nebraska City. He remained on the home farm until 1969 when he moved to
      Topeka. He was employed by the Kansas Industries for the Blind. He married
      Patricia Gudger on March 29, 1974. They maintained their home in Topeka
      until entering Topeka Health Care two years ago. Survivors include his wife;
      two sisters, Eileen (Robert) Neuhaus and Ruth (Lowell) Feye, both of
      Columbus; one brother, Mort McMullin of Leigh; and one sister-in-law, JoAnn
      McMullin of Creston. Condolences may be sent to Pat McMullin, Topeka Health
