From THE COLUMBUS (NE.) TELEGRAM, April 30, 2002-
COLUMBUS -- Elvera Rosalie Stohr, 79, of Columbus, died Sunday, April 28, 2002, at Bryan LGH Hospital-East Campus Lincoln.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Columbus with the Rev. Roland Jank officiating. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Cemetery in Columbus.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. today at Gass Haney Funeral Home in Columbus and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Columbus.
Mrs. Stohr was born Dec. 12, 1922, at rural Columbus to Emil and Anna Rosalie (Wurdeman) Hake.
She married Arthur Stohr on June 27, 1953 in Columbus. She worked at Dale Electronics in the shipping department.
She was a member of the church and the Evening Guild at the church. She was a past member of the Couple's Club and a member of the Widow's Club at the church.
She lived in the Platte Center and Columbus area all of her life.
Survivors include two sons, Keith Stohr of Columbus and Mark Stohr of Lincoln; two brothers, Clarence Hake and Helmuth (Letha) Hake, all of Columbus; two sisters, Edna (Harold) Mohlman of Platte Center and Luetta Mohr of Lincoln.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
Memorials may be directed to Immanuel Lutheran Church.
