      OMAHA - Sr. Mary Jane (Doris) Reichmuth RSM, 78, of Omaha, died Monday, Sept. 22, 2003, in Omaha.

      Services will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Mercy Villa in Omaha.

      A 4 p.m. rosary and 7 p.m. wake service will be held Thursday at Mercy Villa.

      Sr. Reichmuth was born Dec. 31, 1924, in Leigh to Frank and Ella (Herink) Reichmuth. She joined the Religious Sisters of Mercy in 1942.

      Survivors include four sisters: Lois (Bob) Pfeifer of Humphrey, Ardath Hayes of Osceola, Theresa (Tom) Kumpf of Columbus and Sr. Monica Marie Reichmuth, RSN, of Omaha; four brothers: Richard (Lori) Reichmuth of Leigh, Alvin (Donnette) Reichmuth of Humphrey, Quentin (Dorothy) Reichmuth of Overland Park, Kan., and Frank (Ruth) Reichmuth of Leigh; and one brother-in-law: Duane Svehla of Clarkson.
